Our client, is a global leading dairy manufacturer based in Scoresby, and they are looking to recruit an experienced Logistics Customer Resolutions Coordinator.
Working in these amazing offices, you must display a strong work ethic and have a passion for Supply Chain/Logistics and Customer Service where no problem is too big or small to solve. The hours of work will be classed as temp on-going which means you will have full time hours from Monday through to Friday.
To be successful you must have Logistics/Supply Chain/Call Centre/Customer resolutions experience, display a polite phone manner, have the natural ability to build customer relationships through all inbound phone conversations and engage with customers in line with the company's values and goals. .
Some of your daily responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with 3rd party couriers to see where stock is
* Finding solutions for customers who are waiting on deliveries/haven't received their orders
* Ensuring you stay calm and empathetic to customers
* High attention to detail
* Maintain knowledge of products and services
* Using internal CRM – SalesForce & SAP skills will be advantageous!
* Pro-active attitude
* Ability to deal with high volume complaint calls (Inbound)
* Work well under pressure
